We’re Hiring: Web Proxy Specialist (Security Engineer) – Glasgow,UK (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite) 🌐

Are you an expert in web proxy design and security with a passion for building secure, scalable solutions? Join our team at the early stages of a strategic SASE project and play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of a modern, enterprise-grade web proxy solution.

🔑 What you’ll do:
✔️ Architect and implement end-to-end web proxy solutions for secure internet & cloud access
✔️ Develop and enforce policies – URL filtering, SSL inspection, content filtering & DLP
✔️ Integrate solutions into a broader SASE framework with zero-trust principles
✔️ Lead deployment, migration, and optimization for performance & reliability
✔️ Collaborate with architects & stakeholders, while documenting policies and configurations
👤 What we’re looking for:
🔹 Hands-on expertise with platforms like Blue Coat/Symantec, Zscaler, Skyhigh, Palo Alto (or similar)
🔹 Strong skills in proxy policies, authentication, DLP, and SSL/TLS inspection
🔹 Practical experience with SASE, hybrid cloud, IAM, and zero-trust
🔹 Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
✨ Bonus skills (nice to have):
Security certifications (CISSP, CCNP Security, Zscaler, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE)
Experience with large-scale, global deployments in regulated industries
Automation & scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
