Description:
Joma Sport is seeking a driven and passionate Teamwear Sales Account Manager to lead growth across Scotland. The role involves managing existing accounts, building new client relationships, and expanding brand presence from grassroots to elite sport.
Manage and grow a portfolio of teamwear accounts across Scotland
Identify and onboard new business opportunities (clubs, schools, universities, associations, retailers)
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong partner relationships
Promote Joma’s full product range and seasonal collections
Attend key events, trade shows, and club meetings as a brand ambassador
Work with the internal team on orders, deliveries, and aftercare
Proven sales or account management experience (preferably in sportswear/teamwear)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and knowledgeable about the local sporting landscape
Willingness to travel within the region
A passion for sport and brand representation
