Structural Inspector

Description:

Escape Recruitment Services is looking for an experienced Structural Inspector to join their Clients Quality team at the Motherwell site.

This is a Monday–Thursday dayshift role paying £18.45 per hour.
You’ll be inspecting and evaluating fabricated components, supporting ISO9001 quality processes, investigating warranty claims, and contributing to continuous improvement across the operation.

🔧 What we’re looking for:
✅ Time-served welder (City & Guilds, HNC, Apprenticeship or similar)
✅ 3+ years’ fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment
✅ Confident working with engineering drawings and SAP
✅ PCN Level 1/2 (NPI and UT) highly desirable
✅ Strong communication skills and sound decision-making ability
