We’re looking for a passionate, skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Scottish Cafe & Restaurant, in the National Gallery of Scotland in Edinburgh! If you have experience in a busy kitchen at senior chef level, a love for Scottish cuisine, sustainability, locally sourced seasonal ingredients and think you'd thrive in our family business environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time position: 44 hours per week over 5 days and on target earrings up to £38,000per annum.
