👨‍🌾 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Leading the full crop cycle of berries – from planting through to harvest
✔ Overseeing crop husbandry, irrigation, and pest management
✔ Managing multicultural seasonal teams
✔ Driving high standards in compliance, sustainability, and quality
✔ Supporting the business’s regenerative and biodiversity goals
