We’re Hiring: SDLC Engineer – Lead Engineer (Glasgow, Hybrid 2–3 days onsite) 🚀
Are you a hands-on Secure DevOps Engineer with the skills to lead and the drive to make pipelines safer end-to-end? We’re looking for an SDLC Engineer – Lead Engineer to join our Glasgow team and take ownership of securing CI/CD pipelines at scale.

🔑 Must-haves:

✔️ Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline security & scanning tools (SonarQube, Keybolt, or similar)
✔️ Ability to integrate security into pipelines (Azure, GitHub)
✔️ Coding/scripting background (Java + automation)
✔️ Hands-on experience with secrets scanning, rule activation & output analysis

👤 The ideal candidate:

Secure DevOps engineer who can confidently explain end-to-end pipeline security
Senior enough to lead and mentor 2 engineers
Brings leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills to the table

How would you secure a CI/CD pipeline from code commit to deployment?
What scanning tools have you implemented, and how did you act on the results?
If leading two engineers, how would you solve an end-to-end pipeline security challenge?
