🚨 New Opportunity: Programme Manager – 12 Month FTC – Glasgow (3 days in office) 🚨
McFall Recruitment Limited we are partnering with a leading Financial Services client who is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join them on a 12-month fixed term contract starting October 2025.

This role offers full project & programme lifecycle exposure across a wide range of initiatives, including:
✔️ Mergers, acquisitions & integrations, Organisational transformation, or Platform implementations
✔️ New product propositions
✔️ Risk & regulatory change
✔️ Data programmes & delivery

We’re looking for someone who:
🔹 Has a strong track record of delivering complex programmes within Financial Services
🔹 Excels at building relationships with Directors, Functional Heads, Architects, SMEs, third parties & clients
🔹 Brings strategic thinking, with expertise across Investments, Pensions, platforms & technology
🔹 Balances high-level vision with hands-on delivery to ensure lasting business impact
