Mechanical Site Manager

Description:

Red Rock Consultants is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a student accommodation project in Dundee. This is a new build, currently in the fit-out phase, and will involve working closely with various mechanical trades.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems
• Manage key mechanical trades, including air conditioning, ventilation, and sprinkler systems
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets health and safety standards

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong experience and knowledge in mechanical trades, particularly air conditioning, ventilation, and sprinkler systems
• Proven track record in a similar role
• Excellent team management skills to ensure efficient site operations

Work Hours: 8-10 hours per day
